At Curtain Krafts, we aim to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders for customized products such as A.C. curtains, mosquito nets, artificial grass, and bike covers require a processing time of 2 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation with estimated delivery details.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and product weight/size. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotions, and such offers will be clearly indicated on the product page or during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are typically as follows:
- Within India: 3 to 5 business days.
- International Deliveries: 10 to 15 business days, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Areas
- We offer shipping to most locations within INDIA and internationally.
- If your location is outside of our shipping zones, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package to the address provided at checkout. If you are not available, they may attempt a redelivery or leave instructions for you to pick up the package at a nearby location.
- After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the product may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the product re-sent.
7. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send the package.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the damage.
- For lost packages, if tracking shows the item has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will assist in locating or replacing the product.
9. International Shipping
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer. Curtain Krafts is not liable for any delays caused by customs.
- Customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery beyond the estimated time frame.
10. Changes to Shipping Information
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee adjustments after the order has been processed.
