At Curtain Krafts, we aim to provide high-quality, customized products such as A.C. curtains, mosquito nets, artificial grass, and other home accessories. As many of our products are custom-made, our refund policy is outlined below to clarify when refunds may be applicable.
1. Custom-Made Products
- Due to the nature of customized products (e.g., A.C. curtains made to your specifications), we do not offer refunds for products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only available in the following cases:
- Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric flaws, stitching errors, etc.).
- Damaged on Delivery: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
- Incorrect Order: If the product received does not match the order specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
3. Conditions for Requesting a Refund
- To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide a clear description of the issue along with photographic evidence.
- Return the product in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after the product has been customized.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling.
5. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:
- Replacement Option: We may first offer a replacement of the defective or incorrect product at no additional cost.
- Refund Method: If a replacement is not possible or you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is returned and inspected.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect products, Curtain Krafts will bear the return shipping costs.
- In other cases, where the customer is at fault or the return is not due to a defect, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
- After 24 hours, if production has not begun, a refund may still be issued, but a cancellation fee of 20% may apply.
- If production has already started, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
